| The focus of the guide is to teach students the new functionality that has been
incorporated into the Civil 3D 2010. Among the many changes in the 2010
release is the revised interface that incorporates the new Ribbon
toolbars. Other new features that are discussed include the
intersection wizard, alignment types, improved corridors and parcels,
expanded pipe catalog, additional labels, surface improvements, and a
whole new pay item area for improved quantity takeoffs.
